About GD LEAD The GD Lead Group brings together six companies specializing in the development, construction, management, and leasing of real estate projects across Quebec. The group also includes a daycare division, with five facilities welcoming more than 400 children daily. Your responsibilities As an accounting technician, you will participate in the company's comprehensive accounting management. Your main tasks will include: Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects Managing supplier invoices and payments Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites Updating management reports Preparation of year-end reports for auditors Required Profile DEC in accounting or equivalent training 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strengths: Construction experience Property management experience What we offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Flexible schedule Stimulating work environment Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Passionate, collaborative, and committed team
