**Your contribution**

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Technician with bold ideas that deliver value to our partners and advance our industry. By joining MHIRJ, you will work with a flexible, dynamic and united team.

**In your role, you will**:

- Process invoices in the accounting system, making sure to collect supporting document such as Purchase Order, receipt or delivery note and approved invoices. (3-Way Match)
- Validate, balance and enter invoices
- Communicate internally to resolve any Purchase Order and invoice imbalance problem.
- Reconcile supplier statement on a monthly basis.
- Perform reports and produce various analyzes.
- Support the financial analyst in the preparation of the end of month accruals.

**Key qualifications**:

- You have a certificate or college degree in accounting or equivalent
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in payable or similar position
- Very good knowledge on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, sense of analysis and teamwork.
- You are bilingual (French and English) both orally and writing
