The Ideal Candidate:• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field would be an asset.• 10+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management, with at least 3 years in a senior or multi-site leadership role.• Experience in industries with high-volume logistical operations, such as rentals, project management, or seasonal services.• Strong understanding of fleet safety, compliance, and transportation regulations (e.g., TDG, DOT, CVOR).• Proficiency with logistics software, route optimization tools, and fleet management systems.• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between multiple locations.• Industry-specific certifications or professional designations are a plus.• Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage operational scale without increasing costs proportionally.
