Our founder and leadership team have over 7 years of proven experience building multimillion-dollar logistics operations — and we’re now looking for our next generation of leaders to grow with us.
**About the Role**
We’re looking for an ambitious, coachable, and driven individual to join us as a **Sales & Account Management Trainee**.
You’ll start by learning **operations and carrier management** — understanding how freight moves, how to communicate with drivers, and how to execute loads effectively.
From there, you’ll work side-by-side with our leadership team to **develop sales and client management skills**, ultimately growing into a full **Account Manager** responsible for your own book of business.
This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up — with the support, training, and mentorship to build a six-figure career in logistics.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Learn and manage day-to-day freight operations: booking, dispatching, tracking, and problem-solving.
- Communicate directly with carriers, clients, and dispatchers to ensure smooth execution.
- Build strong relationships with partner carriers and customers.
- Support sales efforts by preparing rate quotes and assisting with client communications.
- Learn how to identify new sales opportunities and eventually manage your own client accounts.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship and sales development sessions.
- Handle general office tasks including data entry, billing, and load management.
**What We’re Looking For**
- A strong communicator with **drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.**:
- Interest in logistics, sales, or business development.
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, customer service, or sales is an asset — not required.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Gmail.
- Must be **on-site full-time** at our Toronto office.
