**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious **Operations & Sales Development Associate** — someone who wants to learn logistics from the ground up and eventually build a client portfolio of their own.

You’ll start by mastering **carrier operations, dispatch, and customer service** — working directly with carriers, clients, and our internal systems. Over time, as you gain experience and confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a **Sales or Account Management** role, building your own book of business with no income ceiling.

This is ideal for someone who’s coachable, curious, and wants more than just a 9-to-5 — someone who’s ready to build a career, not just take a job.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage day-to-day operations: booking, tracking, and coordinating freight.
- Communicate with partner carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and customers.
- Support account managers with quoting, rate negotiation, and shipment follow-up.
- Learn how to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.
- Take part in training and mentorship sessions to develop your sales and communication skills.
- Handle data entry, billing, and order management with attention to detail.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch is an asset (but not required).
- Driven, reliable, and hungry to grow both professionally and financially.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Gmail.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work **on-site** in our Toronto office full-time.
