The Customer and Colleague Engagement Strategy (CCES) team supports Better Business Bankers in the pursuit of Our Quest and supports a caring performance culture while having fun doing so.The Banker Confidence Team is part of the CCES team and seeks to increase the confidence of our Business Bankers by providing training, tools, and resources to help onboard new employees and to help existing employees develop key capabilities and behaviours to do their jobs confidently.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs part of the Banker Confidence Team key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with operational support for training programs (invites, guest speakers, registration)Assist with maintaining training schedules and tool/resource revision cyclesSupport updates to training program contentCoordination and support of migration of and updates to intranet resourcesSupport the development and execution of training program satisfaction surveysSupport research to identify new training opportunitiesAssist with the creation, review and validation of various team dashboards/reportsJOB REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related fieldMust be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work termProficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong oral and written communication skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th – Aug 21st, 2026.Applications must include a transcript, cover letter (one letter-sized page or less) and a resume (maximum of 2 pages).We welcome all applications; however, we will only contact qualified candidates chosen for an interview.
