This person will play a key role in ensuring communication between stakeholders and maintaining visibility of activities for management.What are your contributions to the team? Training Coordination: Plan and organize training sessions (rooms, participants, trainers, materials). Ensure full logistics during project deployment. Communication and Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Change Management team, the Learning team, and Operations. Maintain clear and regular communication with management to ensure visibility on training progress. Tracking and Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure the success of training activities. Produce reports and analyses to monitor objectives. Enter training data into the LMS. Deployment Support: Ensure training sessions are delivered effectively and that participants and trainers have the necessary resources. How to thrive in this role? You have a college diploma in human resources or administration. You possess more than five (5) years of experience in project coordination or training management. You possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You are able to collaborate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities. You are flexible, proactive and have strong skills in managing a high volume. You are recognized for your customer service. You are fluent in French and have a good level of English. You are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). You are familiar with a Learning Management System (LMS).
