**Project Coordinator - Process and Tools**:
**In your role, you will**:

- Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on solution development and data analysis;
- Execute projects roadmap and tasks prioritization;
- Participate in meetings of other teams to promote internal tools;
- Interact with different levels from the organization to ensure seamless integration of the provided solutions;
- Act as an ambassador for the proposed solutions in front of the organization;
- Provide feedback to team captured during meetings and presentations;
- Make sure that internal solutions are widely used within the community;
- Support users with their questions;
- Develop informational sites (SharePoint), coordinate communications and training during solution deployments;
- Coordinate with other project organization;
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in management or an equivalent experience;
- You have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience working in people change management in a multidisciplinary environment;
- You have an intermediate knowledge of project management;
- You have demonstrated teamwork value, and drive for performance excellence while exhibiting a winning attitude;
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus without formal authority;
- You are organized, a good planner and problem solver;
- You have demonstrated leadership skills within a matrix organization;
- You are organized, autonomous and manage your time effectively;
- You must be fluent in English and French;
