**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing warehouse operations, particularly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Track record of managing fulfillment, ideally having handled a significant increase in order volumes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to develop and implement scalable solutions to accommodate growth.
- Previous experience in leading warehouse teams.

**What you'll do**
- Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products;
- Processing purchasing transactions; coordinating production work; dispatching crews;
- Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements
- Train workers in job duties
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- Manage and organize inventory in the warehouse for easy access and tracking.
- Conducted quality checks on products and ensured they met company standards before adding them to the inventory.
- Maintained cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
