Proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and rapport. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and impactful communication with customers and internal stakeholders. A Deep understanding of the order management industry, including customer needs, challenges, and trends. Skilled at navigating internal stakeholders and acting as a strong advocate for customers' needs and interests. Comprehensive understanding of Deliverect's product portfolio and its value proposition, enabling effective solution selling. Ability to identify opportunities to introduce new products or features to existing customers, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics platforms to identify growth opportunities and trends, facilitating informed decision-making. In-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services relevant to the restaurant industry, coupled with the ability to understand and communicate technical aspects effectively.Additional Information
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our downtown Toronto office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal.
