Account Growth Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team as part of the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment at Clarivate. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through strategic account initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales and account management, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Working closely with a defined book of business, you will manage your clients and their renewal business while identifying new business opportunities.

About You – Experience, Skills, and Achievements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in Sales or Account management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

A strong understanding of CRM systems and software/information solutions in the MedTech sector would be beneficial.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support for your territory.
  • Work as a team with your designated SDM to maximize all account opportunities.
