In addition to providing full-cycle recruitment support for Turnaround projects and being the main point of contact for new hires, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for building, maintaining and engaging with a candidate pool dedicated to our Mobile Workforce. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate data management, while handling a high volume of onboarding. If you're all about delivering top-notch customer service, have an eye for detail, excel at staying organized, and take initiative, we eagerly await your application What we offer:Monday to Friday schedule offering flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from homeJoin a team that values collaboration, supports each other, and works together to keep things moving forwardAn excellent chance to build your recruitment skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining insight into all areas of a dynamic service company Key Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure an exceptional candidate and new hire experience with prompt and professional customer serviceManage and maintain data in systems (Applicant Tracking System, CannAmm, etc.) and spreadsheets with exceptional attention to detailSupport the team by creating job requisitions, managing applications, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, and monitoring inboxes to keep processes running smoothlyProvide verbal offers, write and deliver written employment offer letters, and regret unsuccessful candidates as requiredAdminister the onboarding process for new hires, including issuing new hire packages, maintaining electronic employee files, collecting and uploading required documents, coordinating pre-employment testing, and attending new hire orientationsLiaise with the Training, Logistics and Mobile Workforce departments to coordinate scheduling of orientations, training, travel, and accommodationsEstablish, maintain and engage with the turnaround candidate poolParticipate in local and out-of-town career fairs, info sessions, and conferences as needed.Embrace versatility by taking on additional tasks and cross training with other HR team members as needed, contributing to the dynamic nature of the roleOther duties as assignedRole Specifications:5+ years of work experience in an employee-facing administrative or coordinator role is requiredProven experience managing a high volume work load and coordinating multiple processes simultaneously is requiredPrior work experience in a recruitment or onboarding role is preferredFlexibility is required for occasional work outside the regular schedule during peak staffing periodsWe value candidates with industrial or oilfield service sector experience who also align with our company's culture which supports and empowers field-based crewsValid Class 5 Drivers licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required Skills:Takes ownership with a customer-first mindset, ensuring every task is completed with precision and urgency to get the job done right.Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A true team player—self-motivated, ready to jump in where needed, take the lead on new initiatives, and contribute to ongoing improvements.Builds strong relationships and handles tough situations with ease, while keeping data accurate and secure like a pro.Additional InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
