Are you a Senior Development Specialist /Salesforce Developer looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Senior Development Specialist /Salesforce Developer-Start: ASAP-Estimated length: 6 months-Location: Toronto-Hybrid roleAdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.Responsibilities•Optimize the Omni-Channel Service engagement to create a better experience for constituents and drive down call centre operations cost•Implement optimization opportunities identified during post go live solution efficiency and effectiveness study, including:(1) Optimize Knowledge Base, (2) Improve Divisional Integration and information sharing, (3) Implement Skill Based Routing the right channels & cases to the right agents in order to improve issueresolution and first contact resolution•Optimize and further leverage Salesforce reporting and analytics to enable a more proactive service delivery, demonstrate the effectiveness of the 311 Call Centre, the value it delivers, and to drive more efficient data-driven decision making and continuous improvementQualifications1. A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations.2. Extensive (over 5 years) project management experience delivering cyber projects.3. Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods associated tools.4. Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies.5. Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.6. Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder (Active status)7. 5+ years' experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi , Kafka, RapidMQ with understanding of integration patterns.8. 5+ years' experience in using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura component, Flows9. 5+ years' experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein)10. 5+ years' experience in building salesforce native/hybrid mobile app and integrating with salesforce CRM11. Ability to work in transformative programs.12. Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.13. Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients14. Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.15. Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and vendors.SummaryDo you have this experience?
