This role is ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and experience working in security operations or monitoring environments.The Control / Dispatch Officer plays a critical role in supporting site operations by monitoring multiple security systems, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely communication between security personnel, supervisors, and external emergency services.
