If you are as serious about your work as you are about enjoying the people you work with, we want to hear from youPosition Summary:Coordinate the scheduling of First Onsite construction staff devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly in conjunction with Construction Manager to ensure jobs are completed on scheduleProvide Project Managers with a schedule and timeline for job completionStay in constant communication with First Onsite staff and clients; adjust schedules as required with information received from the fieldAssign staff to job tasks based on skillsetWork closely with the construction manager to ensure that the field staff have the tools and materials required to complete a taskVerify job information and accessProvide a work order and specification for all scheduled staffRespond to email communication in a timely mannerData entry as requiredThe Production Coordinator must be professional at all times in verbal and written communicationsQualifications:College Diploma or certification; or a combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirementsMinimum of 3-year experience in Administrative or office environmentExperience in the insurance and/or restoration industry an assetAbility to multi-taskAbility to work under stressProblem-solvingAble to schedule 20+ people on a daily basisAbility to adapt to changesProfessional manners and communication through emails and phoneResponsibility in tracking customers keys and private informationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComputer skills required- Word, Excel, and Outlook.ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you feel that you would be right for this position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so that we can review your information.
