**Scheduler** Location: Calgary, AB **Would you like to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime project that will protect Calgary and its communities? We are looking for **a Scheduler **to join our team and build the Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir, 15km west of Calgary. Powered by our economic performance and the engagement of our 220,000 employees, we forge a more sustainable world and fully embrace our role as a private sector partner working in the public interest. **About you**: **Role & Responsibilities**: - Develop and own project schedules covering full project lifecycle including maintenance of S-curves, physical progress tables and detailed progress tracking - Responsible for working closely with technical experts, programme leads and project managers - Ensure communication of project schedule information across business functions - Update and monitors progress on project schedules, including production of internal and external reports - Prepare and issue of schedule impact assessments / summaries, as identified by the Project Director for incorporation in internal project changes and external variation orders - Support Project Director during internal and external meetings - Proactively drive schedule discussions & present material accordingly - Implements "early warning" identification of potential schedule issues and drive options to reduce "Cost to Recover" exposure **Requirements & Preferred Experience**: - Bachelor s in an appropriates discipline - Proven experience in planning, ideally related to large projects - Masters Microsoft Project planning tool and Excel - Knowledge of Tylos and P6 are assets - Has the ability to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution - Have great leadership and interpersonal skills
