**Interested?**
The Scheduler plays a crucial role in our commercial operations, overseeing the coordination and optimization of internal Marketing schedules for physical crude oil movements and the blending process. This position involves managing the efficient flow of crude oil and other commodities through Gibson terminals and pipelines, ensuring adherence to key deadlines and operational requirements.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Develop and execute daily schedules for the movement of crude oil and other commodities, ensuring ratability, crude quality, and optimal operational efficiency.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships to enhance collaboration with Shippers, Producers, and Gibson’s Commercial Development and Marketing teams.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to maximize profits across Gibson Energy’s Infrastructure, exploring hidden value and options.
- Continuously assess and identify opportunities within Gibson Energy’s Infrastructure to improve profitability, ensuring a proactive approach to value enhancement.
- Monitor and manage Shipper positions to ensure effective coordination of product movements.
- Maintain effective communication with Terminal Control Centers, providing daily instructions and ensuring seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders, offering insights into operational performance and scheduling efficiency.
- Develop and enhance procedures and systems to support the growth of Gibson Energy’s Infrastructure
- Demonstrates a personal commitment and proactive approach to Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) through participation in all applicable EH&S programs and ensures safe operation of the branch, team or unit and compliance with all Company EH&S policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Bring**
- Post-secondary education with bachelor’s degree in business related discipline (Commerce, Finance, Marketing, and Economics).
- Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in the movement of product and related logístical experience, as well as knowledge of production practices and pipeline operations.
- Demonstrates strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibits high proficiency when working with spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of forecasting and reporting procedures within the industry.
- Ability to be a team player and maintain a high level of discretion and impartiality when dealing with customer accounts.
- Demonstrates solid organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Exhibits strong customer service skills.

**Working Conditions**
- This position requires on-call coverage as needed to address any scheduling issues.
