Healthcare Security Guard - Full-Time - Providence Care HospitalPosition: | Healthcare Security Guard - Full-Time - Providence Care HospitalSite:  | Providence Care Hospital- 752 King St WestHours:  | Continental Rotation - 0800-2000/2000-0800Payrate: | $22.61/hourOvertime Method: | Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hoursInternal posting date: November 24, 2025Internal closing date: December 1, 2025External closing date: December 31, 2025Benefits of joining Paladin:Opportunities for training and professional developmentCompetitive Salary and benefits packageFree UniformsSecurity License reimbursementDry cleaning & hemming/tailoring allowanceWork today, get paid today—daily pay availableAdditional perksJob Responsibilities:  Maintain a professional, visible, and alert security presenceGreet, assist, and direct the public while ensuring safety of clients, staff, buildings, and assetsConduct proactive and reactive patrols (interior/exterior) and respond to emergenciesMonitor CCTV, perform access/key control, and enforce hospital policies, parking, and smoking by-lawsCarry out patient watches, investigate and document incidents, and complete shift/event reportsSupport monthly safety inspections and other assigned dutiesWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamAdditional duties as assigned Job Requirements:  Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider) Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination) A copy of your immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, Pertussis and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2) Steps to get your immunization records: https://paladinsecurity.com//wp-content/uploads/2023/07/How-to-get-immunization-records-Paladin.pdf Immunization Form: KHSC Immunization Forms Completed immunization for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella and Pertussis are required at the time of hire.
