You’rethe kind of person who is equally successful working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks from start to finish.You thrive in a collaborative, startup-style environment, working cross-functionally to support both product growth and operational efficiency.You have anunderstanding ofproduct management,product-marketfit, and go-to-market programs.Whatyou’lldo:Collaborate with marketplace stakeholders.Communicate findings on product performance from troubleshooting and analysis.Using data, proactivelyidentifyareas for product improvement.Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and gather customer feedback for valuable insights.Support Marketplace product launches and enhancements by coordinating activities and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.Conduct user testingand become a subject matter expert for internal and externalstakeholders.Interact with third party vendors todeliver customer excellence.What you bring:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Operations or related field.Minimum 2 - 4years' experiencein business administration or process improvement, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bonus Skills and Experience:Digital products/SaaS experience.Marketplaceindustry experience.Process optimization experience.UX/ CX design experience.Priorworkin product, CS, design, operations, or data.
