We are currently hiring an Associate Manager, Marketplace Products based in our Head Office in Burnaby. As the Associate Manager, Marketplace Products at BCAA, you will provide direct support to the Product Manager and assume a pivotal position in offering strategic and indirect support to the entire Marketplace team. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for supporting seamless product launches and enhancements, optimizing user experience, and helping the business unit achieve its product goals and KPIs. You have an understanding of product management, product-market fit, and go-to-market programs. What you’ll do: Collaborate with marketplace stakeholders. Communicate findings on product performance from troubleshooting and analysis. Using data, proactively identify areas for product improvement. Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and gather customer feedback for valuable insights. Support Marketplace product launches and enhancements by coordinating activities and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Conduct user testing and become a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. Interact with third party vendors to deliver customer excellence. What you bring: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field. Minimum 2 – 4 years' experience in business administration or process improvement, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bonus Skills and Experience: Digital products/SaaS experience. Marketplace industry experience. Process optimization experience. UX/ CX design experience. Prior work in product, CS, design, operations, or data. Internal Applicants Please note that the internal posting closes on December 17, 2025, and the role is a Grade 10 position. The salary range for this position is $68,510.52 to $85,638.12 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%. Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 on-site / 2 remote days). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
