**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive shopping environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift heavy items

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering practices is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to selling with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
