The ideal candidate brings both hands-on skills and leadership strength to elevate every project and person they work with.What You'll DoLead and perform high-quality carpentry work - from framing and millwork to fine finishing - ensuring every detail meets Oaken's craftsmanship standards.Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with accuracy and foresight.Plan ahead: identify challenges early, coordinate with the project manager, and keep timelines and budgets on track.Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters, modeling professionalism, efficiency, and pride in the craft.Enforce safety, quality control, and jobsite organization at all times.Represent Oaken Builders with professionalism and humility - with the mindset that every home reflects our name and your workmanship.What You Bring5+ years of residential carpentry experience, with lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.Proven skill in custom home building, renovations, and finishing carpentry.Strong ability to plan, problem-solve, and manage priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.A leadership style rooted in accountability, mentorship, and teamwork.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
