If you're as excited as we are, please READ ONWhat You’ll Do Bring an innovative mindset and skilled approach to evolving our Talent Management efforts focused on designing equitable processes and practices that ensure we’re prepared with “the right talent at the right time for the right role” regardless of where employees are in their careers, in the organization, or in the world.Lead the design and execution of talent processes such as goal setting, performance management, promotions, feedback etc. to ensure they are data-driven and aligned to ongoing business needs.Ensure practices are integrated with other People processes across the full employee lifecycle.Define and track success measures for talent management programs including change management and business outcomes.Write communications plans and create other internal content related to our talent management programsPartner cross-functionally across the People Team, and ultimately the entire organization to drive future talent program opportunities. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts across Affirm in crafting new content and curriculum.Design and facilitate trainings related to talent programs such as performance management, mitigating unconscious bias in performance reviews, and giving and receiving effective feedback. What We Look For You've designed, managed and scaled Talent Management programs such as performance management, talent planning, career development, succession planning, etc., in support of a growing global workforce of 2000+ employees. You’ve leveraged Workday to enhance an understanding of the internal talent marketplace and scale processes effectively. 5-7+ years of experience in designing and implementing talent management programs, practices and/or processes, in a dynamic, high-growth organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making and influencing.A track record of designing solutions that deliver business impact and positive ROI for the organization.Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization, including senior leadership.Ability to program manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple levels within the company.Excellent communication skills, with an appetite for distilling complex information to what matters most. Simpler is better.A “how can we make this better?” mentality. You recognize that “perfect” is not an end goal, and continually drive for program improvement. Base Pay Grade - KEquity Grade - 5Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).CAN base pay range per year: $109,000 - $159,000
