The Director will oversee all aspects of financial planning, accounting, compliance, grant and contract management, payroll, and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Executive Director. Develop and enforce strong internal financial controls, protocols and procedures.Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and program sustainability.  Grants, Contracts & Reporting Oversee financial aspects of grant proposals, contract negotiations, and funding agreements. Monitor funding budgets and ensure compliance with spending guidelines.
