**Job Summary**
- **Jaguar Land Rover Lakeridge is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager**_ to join one of our luxury dealerships at Lakeridge Auto Gallery. The F&I Manager will oversee financial services and insurance offerings for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support while enhancing their overall dealership experience.

This role ensures a seamless and professional experience by securing financing, offering protection plans, while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

The F&I Manager will collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue through financing and other services.

**Responsibilities**
- Secure competitive financing terms and interest rates from lenders
- Present and explain negotiated financing and leasing options to customers
- Guide customers through the financing process
- Address and resolve all customer concerns related to financing and insurance with prompt and effective solutions
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless integration of financial services into the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure a smooth handover from vehicle selection to finance and delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with legal and dealership policies
- Maintain strict adherence to all laws and regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve dealership profitability through strategic financing and insurance offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in finance and insurance management within an automotive dealership or similar environment.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive financing, banking, or F&I Management, preferably in a luxury dealership (Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Solid understanding of financial services and products related to automotive sales.
- Mathematical proficiency for accurate calculations and assessments.
- Proficiency in F&I software and dealership management systems
- Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and insurance processing

Pay: $64,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
