We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.Key Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate financial transactionsAccounts payable and accounts receivableInvoice processing for vendors and customersSupport with Shipping documentsMaintain general ledger and financial recordsAssist with Employee Expense FormSupport month-end and year-end accounting tasksAssist with year end inventory tracking and adjustments in coordination with production staffWork closely with the accountant and admin team to ensure accurate and timely reporting Qualifications & Skills Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience requiredProficiency with accounting software (i.e QuickBooks or similar)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of accounting principlesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills Preferred  Accounting or bookkeeping certificationExperience with small business accountingBookkeeping: 3 years required What We Offer Flexible part-time scheduleFriendly and supportive work environmentOpportunity for long-term position with increased responsibilities
