Join our team to work across our best-in-class Entertainment Partnerships portfolio including Live Nation Canada, and Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).  Reporting to the Director, Entertainment Partnerships, this role is responsible for strategy & execution across Rogers’ robust suite of partners to drive business results. What you’ll do:Lead various Entertainment Partnerships including but not limited to Live Nation Canada, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and other cultural events.Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners including Brand, Creative, Experiential, Media and Insights teams to lead, develop and execute integrated campaignsManage partnerships and campaigns, including:Strategy & development of multiple projectsLead program execution from end-to-endCollaborate on the creative brief writing processInsights-driven planning to activate Rogers partnershipsDefine and track key performance KPIs to measure success against objectivesIdentifying opportunities/ key learnings to increase successful outcomes  Lead key responsibilities across Rogers’ partnerships portfolio:Prepare memos/decks/ plans for senior leadershipIdentifying and building partnership strategy that will optimize performance and deliver business resultsContribute insightful context to inform strategic thinking Continuously identify ways to challenge the status quo and elevate partnerships to align to objectives with potential for long-term growth and business impact.Oversee daily activities, provide performance feedback, and mentor one direct report.Manage hospitality and ticket allocations, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to manage distribution and utilization. What you bring:5+ years within partnership marketing, and/or related marketing experience managing large scale integrated campaignsUniversity degree, preferably in marketing, and/or related fieldCritical thinker with experience translating consumer insights into actionable tacticsProject management skills to prioritize multiple high-profile and large-budget projects at onceAbility to establish relationships and influenceDesire to problem solve, innovate and share ideas that have real business impactsDeep understanding of partnership marketing industry landscape and trends (an intimate knowledge of North American / Global sports culture is a plus)A collaborator that can work successfully across all organizational levels, with colleagues, senior executives, customers, or partners with the ability to establish relationshipsExcellent communication skills, organization and project management, able to manage multiple high-profile projects at onceProficient in standard suite of Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Bilingual an asset What’s in it for you? We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
