The Position: HybridAs an LMS Operational Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Samsung S+ learning platform, ensuring content is effective, accessible, and engaging. This role also supports the Ambassador, Samsung Advocacy programs to drive brand loyalty and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in LMS management and strong people skills to cultivate a community of ambassadors who promote Samsung’s values and goals.What you’re responsible for:LMS Management: Oversee the Samsung LMS platform, ensuring training materials are accurate, engaging, and up to date. Deploy rewards, manage community engagement and facilitate fulfillment of redemption of rewards. Assist in upload of content and monitor user activity and track training effectiveness. Ambassador Program Coordination: Support ambassadors to champion LMS initiatives. Assist in managing ambassador assets and track program effectiveness.Project Management: Lead LMS-related projects, working with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business needs. Ensure timely execution and high-quality deliverables.Learning Process Enhancement: Continuously improve training experiences for Retail, Call Centre, and B2B Representatives. Work with training teams to address skill gaps and develop tailored learning paths. Maintain content accuracy and reward integrity while troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless user experience.Creative Design & Communications: Design visually appealing communication assets for LMS and ambassador programs.
