Project Coordinator – Mississauga & Hamilton

$20.00/hr | Full-Time | Onsite

Cornerbridge Talent Partners is supporting a well-established Canadian career college in hiring Project Coordinators to support students enrolled in diploma programs at its Mississauga and Hamilton campuses. This role is ideal for someone patient, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping adult learners succeed.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator supports adult learners throughout their academic journey. You will help students navigate online learning tools, track attendance and progress, identify struggling students, and provide day-to-day academic support across multiple programs.

This is a hands-on student support role — perfect for those who enjoy guiding learners and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new students into diploma programs
  • Help students navigate online tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, LMS platforms)
  • Track and report on student attendance and academic progress
  • Identify struggling learners and flag issues to instructors or administration
  • Provide regular virtual and onsite academic support
  • Communicate with students, instructors, and staff to coordinate schedules
  • Maintain organized documentation and student records
  • Support digital learning environments and troubleshoot basic tech issues

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with adult learners is a major asset
  • Patient, empathetic, and strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with great follow-through
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Comfort using online learning platforms or LMS systems
  • Experience in a Private Career College is a big advantage
  • Prior roles in education support, admin, customer service, or call centers are helpful

Pay & Schedule

  • $20.00/hr
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Onsite at either the Mississauga or Hamilton campus
