Project and Quality Coordinator - Canada Join to apply for the Project and Quality Coordinator - Canada role at Catalyst Awareness Inc. Responsibilities Complete thorough Quality Assurance for all content projects including media assets such as videos, activities, assessments, PDFs and all items associated to them. Ensure closed captioning has been configured as expected. Ensure the content is functioning as expected in the LMS. Export reports to ensure that they are working as expected and provide summary of data in multiple ways as expected. Conduct thorough investigation of any content related issues that may arise and coordinate the resolution as quickly as possible. Communicate issues through an established system to ensure that all issues are resolved and content is loaded to the LMS as expected. Ensure that any permissions or filters are applied as expected. Other duties to support the team and Project Leadership, as assigned. Education Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience of 1-3+ years. Skills Superior level of attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technically savvy. Ability to work in an ever changing fast paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at once. Highly organized, and task oriented. Ability to adapt workflow to various and LMS testing environments. Meet every deadline, understand scheduling requirements. Ability to document and maintain all testing steps and workflow to maintain quality standards. Willingness to take initiative to improve processes and the final product. Strong work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive; familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
