Our client requires a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to join the 1-yearear contract

The Consultant will provide Functional Analysis/Configuration/Development services to the project. This role requires a seasoned individual who has experience in providing such services, understands business processes, can facilitate sessions with business teams and IT teams, draw out requirements, design and recommend solutions, has hands on experience with making configuration changes and the ability to properly document and conduct knowledge transfer to staff members.

Work is hybrid. The resource will be responsible for any travel or travel related expenses occurred while performing services.

Mandatory Requirements

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform and service management modules Experience with 3-5 major ServiceNow projects Minimum 3 years of experience with configuration/development of ServiceNow Experience working with business to gather requirements, perform analysis to drive specifications for configuration/development changes, develop test scripts, perform configuration/development changes in the system, conduct testing, documentation, and other software lifecycle management tasks Strong knowledge of business analysis, best practices and methodologies, including the ability to perform requirements tracing and validations during testing Good experience as a functional analyst with application integrations and end to end use cases for system integration Ability to effectively conduct requirements gathering sessions and concisely document the outcome Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who takes the initiative and proactively offers suggestions and resolutions incorporating process automation Proven experience creating user stories, uses cases, process flows, wireframes, and data mappings Experience with user interface (UI) design Experience with Agile Methodology Knowledge of full lifecycle application development Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical customers Very skilled to field a broad range of questions and respond in an appropriate manner Experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and operating at a fast pace Self-directed, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented and organized Public Sector experience preferred
