Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries from internal teams via phone or remote control.
  • Utilize expertise to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate documentation of system procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education and minimum 1+ years experience in a technical-focused Service Desk, Helpdesk or Desktop environment dealing with hardware & software issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and all peripherals including audio/video devices.
  • Strong ability to support Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Previous experience with IT Service Management tracking systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Certification in Customer Service or Service Desk is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundations principles is beneficial.
