If you thrive on variety, prioritize safety, and want to make a direct, measurable impact every single day, this is your opportunity to join an essential team.As our Operations Support Specialist, you will be our most crucial resource, seamlessly supporting the entire facility across four core pillars:Your Dynamic Core Duties:Production Flow & Finishing: Work alongside Main Operators to handle the final, critical steps, including precise bagging, counting, packing, palletizing, and labeling of finished products.Logistics & Material Management: Ensure efficient material flow by safely and swiftly loading and unloading all incoming shipments and outgoing products in the warehouse.Facility Readiness & Safety: Maintain a top-tier, professional environment through proactive cleaning, sanitation support, and general maintenance assistance across all work areas.Operational Response & Agility: Respond quickly to essential operational needs and direction, including physically demanding critical tasks like addressing grain spill clean-up (shoveling).What We Need You to Bring:Unwavering Safety Commitment: Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE use. Safety is the absolute rule.Physical Resilience: Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 lbs. This role is physically dynamic.Adaptability & Environment: Readiness for a split role. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are critical to our team's success.Key Responsibilities:Safety & Maintenance: Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain the cleanliness and organization of various work areas.Production Support: Assist with the packaging of products by palletizing, bagging, counting, and labeling.Material Handling: Safely load and unload pallets and products.Site Cleanup: Shovel grain spills and provide assistance to the sanitation team as needed.Team Support: Follow directions from supervisors and main operators.
