Competitive compensation (based on experience)Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits for you and your familyRRSP program with company matching to help you reach your financial goalsGreat discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical servicesThe opportunity for growth that includes the potential to enter our management training program and own your own Fountain Tire storeYour duties will include:Creating work orders and arranging bookings, communicating them to TechniciansSharing product knowledge and technical expertise with Fountain Tire customers to build existing and new businessProviding recommended mechanical service quotes to customers and receiving authorization for work to be performedScheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical serviceFinalizing sales and completing customer follow up to determine their satisfaction level with the service receivedOperating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerEnsuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer What does it take to get on track?2 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry and a history of providing exceptional customer service and business supportMaintaining a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driver's abstract are conditions of employmentExcellent time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a teamAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing, and high-volume environment
