Does launching new tech products to Canadians get you excited?We’re hiring two roles to join our Best Buy Ads team: Senior Partner Marketing Specialist – Computing (Permanent, Full-Time)Partner Marketing Specialist – Entertainment & Home Theatre (14-month Contract)In these roles, which you might call a marketing lead, marketing manager or a marketing account manager, you will work on a variety of partner marketing campaigns from exciting product launches to full-funnel brand and sales building campaigns. With a focus on account management and business development, you own the partner marketing relationship and planning.The successful candidates need to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.Make a difference on the Best Buy Ads team as a senior partner marketing specialist (or partner marketing specialist) What you’ll do: Own the end-to-end marketing relationship with partners, serving as main marketing point of contact and focusing on strategic planning, relationship building and business growthDrive incremental revenue for Best Buy Ads in the computing or entertainment/home theatre category by building strong vendor relationships with major tech brandsIdentify and pitch new campaign opportunities through regular vendor meetingsDevelop campaign plans and pitch decks for product launches and seasonal eventsBuild high performance advertising plans that achieve measurable business & brand outcomesPartner with customer insights and analytics teams to explore shopping behaviors and analyze campaign performance data to identify new advertising investment opportunities What we’re looking for:Progressive experience (5+ years for Senior Specialist and 3+ years for Specialist) in Advertising, Marketing with a minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail or CPG environment Strong communication, creative thinking, influencing, organizational and multi-tasking skills Fluent in digital media metrics (CPCs, ROAS…) with complementary sales and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and navigate internal stakeholders and partners with confidence Why you’ll love it here: Remote-first work environmentEmployee discounts on awesome tech from day one Flexible health benefits and wellness program Training programs to build new and transferable skills Join our amazing team We are looking for people just like you. About Best Buy As Canada's destination for the coolest tech, Best Buy offers one of the best work environments in the country Our culture is one of inclusivity and belonging and provides employees an environment where they can bring their whole selves to work. We believe in a fair and inclusive hiring process.
