JOB OVERVIEW We are currently seeking a Reconciliation Administrator to join our Dealer Operations team. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for daily reconciliations of our cash and positions. WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist with department daily reconciliation of accounts for records held in error within the business unit. Assist with department month-end reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all client accounts which are out of balance or require investigation can be reviewed and resolved accordingly Resolve inquiries from internal departments in an efficient and professional manner Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives undertaken by the department Understand and closely adhere to department policies and SLA's Follow-Up on outstanding reconciliation items Work with Back Office to resolve any outstanding requirements Create, review, and maintain related documentation for business processes WHAT YOU WILL BRING Mutual fund and/or securities experience a desired asset 3-5 years' experience with reconciliations Post secondary Any related industry courses would be an asset. (example: IFIC Operations Course or CSC) Able to work well under pressure and demanding workloads Excellent organization and planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in a team environment High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Basic computer skills and comfortable in a computer environment. Advanced excel skills Adaptability to change and technology-driven environments.
