Job Title: Reconciliations Administrator Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: 4 + Months Daily Responsibilities: Guide and perform daily TLM reconciliation related activities to ensure NAV Production reconciliations are completed within departmental policies and controls Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and resolve root cause issues. Escalate and follow up items outside normal clearing period Continually enhance and maintaining workflow efficiency and quality within the team Must Have Skills: Solid 2 years Funds industry and/or financial markets experience (Custodian/Fund Manager/Broker, Financial Institution). In-depth understanding of reconciliatory processes Proven experience with Word and Excel, tech savvy (excellent proficiency) Nice to have skills: Familiarity with Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) system preferred Knowledge of Mpower, Dealer/Broker back-office systems (FundServ, CSS) an asset Funds product knowledge Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
