As an Auto Claims Adjuster you will be personally managing a pending of private personal vehicles, light and/or heavy commercial files - this means you will not be on a phone queue We want your talentIf you are great at:Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned complex claims Negotiating and settling first and third party personal & commercial lines claims Working with Body Shops and Towing companies Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claims Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule Providing a great Customer experience And you have:Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related programCompleted or working towards the CIP designationA minimum of 3 years of Auto Claims Adjuster experienceExperience with commercial lines an asset Strong knowledge of Auto policy wordings and Fault Determination rules Strong technical skills with MS Office SuiteAbility to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $84,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package.
