What it's like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster:
As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. As an Auto Claims Adjuster you will be personally managing a pending of private personal vehicles, light and/or heavy commercial files - this means you will not be on a phone queue
We want your talent
If you are great at:
Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned complex claims
Negotiating and settling first and third party personal & commercial lines claims
Working with Body Shops and Towing companies
Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claims
Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
Providing a great Customer experience
And you have:
Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
Completed or working towards the CIP designation
A minimum of 3 years of Auto Claims Adjuster experience
Experience with commercial lines an asset
Strong knowledge of Auto policy wordings and Fault Determination rules
Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors

We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $84,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We're also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn't quite match your expectations, don't let that hold you back — we'd still love to hear from you.
