Accounts Receivable Specialist

Summary Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, ensuring timely collection of overdue invoices, and processing payments to maintain cash flow. This role will be based out of our Bedford, NS location and is an in office/hybrid role. As an AR Specialist, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accurately recording and applying payments to customer accounts Manage collections by following up on overdue invoices and resolving payment issues Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and process financial reports to support financial reporting.
