Do you have hands on experience using Aderant (or law firm software)?If you answered yes to all of the above, then we would love to speak with you Advantages-12 months contract with potential to extend-Accessible by the TTC-Competitive pay of $30-32 per hour-Optional benefits plan-Hybrid work place modelResponsibilities-Generate and issue accurate, timely client invoices in accordance with service agreements and firm billing and e-billing guidelines-Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure accurate billing based on time entries and client arrangements-Collaborate with internal teams, including legal professionals and finance, to resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries-Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews-Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, WIP, and payment terms in a professional and timely mannerQualifications-2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience-Proficient in handling Work in Progress (WIP), time entry review, and client-specific billing requirements-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with legal billing or ERP systems (e.g., Aderant, Elite) -Hands-on experience with e-billing preferably in a legal or professional services firmSummaryIf you do not have the qualifications for this role but you have a minimum of 6 months of experience in accounting and you are located in the North York/York Region (or willing to commute to), please still apply as we may have other opportunities for you Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
