To those who won’t settle for the expected—you’ve found your crew. The Account Executive is a dynamic force in client management at Cossette. They don’t just manage projects—they help shape them. With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of client ambition, they help turn business goals into bold, memorable creative work. As a trusted partner to clients and a key connector within internal teams, they help push every brief further—elevating ideas, strengthening brand strategy, and ensuring flawless execution. With curiosity as their compass and rigor as their engine, the Account Executive drives work that performs, inspires, and leaves its mark. Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Strong Client Relationships: Manages daily client interactions, contributing to the development of solutions and strategic recommendations. Focuses on building relationships with junior-level marketing team members (analysts, coordinators, specialists). Strategic Support: Assists in developing creative briefs that translate business objectives into actionable ideas—shares business insights with internal teams to support strategic alignment. Financial Accountability: Ensure projects stay within the assigned budget and proactively flags where budget overruns may occur. Growth & Delivery: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including stakeholder management and clearly understands client's business and is able to start to identify/support the execution of any growth opportunities. Collaboration& Curiosity: Able to answer questions about clients and agency process to help support and onboard new team members and junior staff. Bring curiosity and positivity to the table, helping teams push ideas further and elevate the work, together Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with exposure to project management, client relations, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work. Strong foundational understanding of marketing strategy, paired with the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic conversations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—collaborate effectively with internal teams and build client trust through proactive, solution-oriented thinking. Curious and insight-driven—able to analyze trends, anticipate challenges, and contribute to creative solutions that elevate the work. Comfortable managing scopes, tracking budgets, and supporting financial health across projects. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial—driven to grow, take initiative, and build lasting impact across accounts and the agency. Experience using AI and other digital tools to enhance research, uncover insights, and inform recommendations. Open to mentoring more junior talent and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performance team culture.
