We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Production Operator to become a key component in our fast-paced manufacturing production chain.In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will be directly responsible for the safe and efficient management of finished products, ensuring they are handled with precision from the moment they are completed to final storage.Key Responsibilities:Finished Product Management: Safely and efficiently handle finished goods.Preparation & Packaging: Execute precision preparation and packaging tasks.Storage: Oversee and manage the final storage of products.Safety & Efficiency: Maintain a commitment to safety protocols and efficient workflow at all times.What We're Looking For:Dedication and Strong Work Ethic: Reliability and commitment are essential.Punctuality: Consistent attendance and on-time performance.A Desire to Learn: Eagerness to absorb new skills and processes.Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and address minor issues as they arise.Training & Support:We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success and equip you with the knowledge needed to thrive in this role.Shift: Monday to Friday 8 or 12-hour shifts. Overtime as required (anything over 44 hours a week)Wage: $25/hrPhysical Demands: Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.Environment: Required to wear safety equipment (e.g., steel-toed boots, coveralls, full face respirator, SCBA, safety glasses/goggles, etc.). Communicating with the shipping and receiving team for correct, clean storage locations.- Taking samples of all finished products and delivering them to the appropriate location.- Providing timely feedback to the supervisor on any issues that arise.
