Position Overview TheOrganization Effectiveness(OE)Enablement Leadplaysa central rolein shaping how the OE center of excellenceoperates, learns, and delivers value. As a core partner toOE Enablement leadership, this role helpsmaintain, influence, andcontinuously improvethe systems, tools, and enablement experiences that underpinOrganization Effectiveness’simpact across Autodesk.This rolemaneuverswithin theOrganization Effectiveness team,partnering closely withinternalleadershipandOE Partnersto ensureknowledge, methodologies, and operational infrastructure are organized, accessible, and built for scale.The OEEnablement Leadcontributes to the development and continuance of OE’s operating model,maintainskey knowledge assets, strengthens procurement and contingent worker processes, and supports the enablement experiences that help OE and its partners work effectively.Tobesuccessful, the OEEnablement Leadapplies systems thinking,demonstratesoperational excellence, and employs a constructive approach, taking satisfaction in enhancing efficiency.The role combines attention to detail with the ability to see patterns and opportunities, helping Organization Effectiveness remain a high-performing,insight-driven, and well-coordinated practice.This position will report to the OE Enablement Manager and can be 100% remote, based in the U.S. or Canada.ResponsibilitiesSupportproduction and deliveryworkflowsaccording tothe OEEnablementRoadmap, working across internal and externalenablementaudiencesSupport maintenance ofOE’s shared systems (SharePoint,Airtable, Slack, etc.) including document organization,taxonomy, version control, permissions, and governanceSupportOE internalteamoperating mechanisms, including maintenance of shared calendars &SOPs,intentional gatherings (team events), meeting hygiene, etc.Provide procurement& contingent worker processsupport, including contract documentationandlifecycle management,onboarding/offboarding (e.g., devices, access, collateral);act as a liaison with relevant teamsCollaborate withpeerpartners across People & Places(PPL)organizationat Autodeskto ensure consistent, aligned practices and smooth supporting workflowsIdentifyandproposeAI-enabled opportunities to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance OE’s operational efficiency.Minimum Qualifications3-6+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR operations, knowledge management, program management,enablementsupport, or related rolesStrong operational and systems skills, especially in managing complex information, shared libraries, and workflowsExperience with platforms such as SharePoint,Airtable, and related content/knowledge management toolsDemonstrated ability to organize, structure, and simplify complex informationStrong project management and coordination capability; able to move multiple workstreams forward in parallelService mindset with strong relationship-building skills; comfortable partnering across levels and functionsComfort with ambiguity and ability to bring order, structure, and clarity to evolving environmentsPassion foridentifyingautomation, AI, andimprovementopportunities in everyday work.The Ideal CandidateEnergized by building structure, systems, and tools that make teams better and work easierNaturally curious and eager to learnnew technologies, methods, and ways of workingStrong collaborator who builds relationships across diverse teamsComfortable creating clarity in uncertain or evolving contexts“We > Me” mindset –motivated by shared success andenabling others’ impactWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to shape the backbone of how the Organization Effectivenesscenter of excellenceoperates, learns, and scales. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,600 and $139,040. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
