Responsible for coaching, developing, and aligning the team to drive sales growth of Moosehead and Partner brands in retail, on-premise, and special event channels. Share svg.facebook_fill .st0{fill:#3B5998;} svg.linkedin_fill .st0{fill:#007BB6;} svg.email_fill .st0{fill:#09B0FF;} svg.email_fill .st1{fill:#FFFFFF;} What you'll do Responsibilities Achieve annual volume and profit targetsLead, coach, and manage Toronto District Sales team to drive performanceOversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of sales staffConduct performance reviews for the sales teamDrive business development with LCBO, Grocery, and On-Premise partnersDedicate time to in-market coaching and trainingCollaborate with Director of Sales, Key Account Manager, and team on customer strategiesImplement new sales techniques to grow profitManage cost budgets within planLead all sales team calls and meetingsFoster entrepreneurial thinking and creative problem solvingDevelop processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessProvide market insights to support brand and sales strategy What you'll need Qualifications 3+ years leading teams in Beverage Alcohol or CPGProven ability to build talent and drive team performanceResults-driven with a track record of meeting goalsSelf-motivated and dynamicStrong negotiation, influencing, and communication skillsStrategic thinker with solid analytical and decision-making abilitiesPost-secondary education in a relevant fieldWillingness to travel and work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends) A little bit about us Moosehead Breweries Limited Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians.
