As a Human Resources Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'll have the opportunity to lead our HR storytelling, by leveraging HR and employee information to determine actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role focuses on HR analytics and reporting, identifying key metrics and trends to proactively inform and prepare the organization. The individual will strategically explore AI capabilities and trends and drive transformative AI initiatives. Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations.Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome.Results oriented and has proven project management experience.Your Work Has Purpose Here PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
