We’re currently seeking Prep Cooks to join our team This position is part of a shared kitchen team supporting both The Dusty Boot and The Balkan Restaurant. While The Dusty Boot is the primary venue, all kitchen operations take place at The Balkan. The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall — the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age (18+). The Balkan Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. Join us weekly for Greek Night with belly dancing, plate smashing and traditional dancing OPA Approximate Start Date: December 10th. Our Prep Cooks are the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring everything is ready for service.
