Are you a morning person with a passion for cooking? Do you love the smell of bacon sizzling in a pan and the sound of eggs cracking? Look no further, because we are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our amazing team
As a breakfast cook, your shifts will run between 6:30am to early/mid afternoon depending on business and prep. You and a prep cook will open the restaurant in the morning and set up for 8am service. You will be responsible for cooking a la carte breakfasts with support from the prep cook.
Service ends at 11:30. Then you and the lunch cook will break down the breakfast line and help setup for lunch before the lunch cook takes over. For the remainder of your shift you'll join the prep cook in the prep kitchen to re-stock and prep for the next morning.
We offer a staff meal plan featuring nutritious food and fresh juices. Medical and Dental benefits after 3 months for full-time. Tips are will be usually in the $3-$4/hr range during high periods. 2 wks paid vacation each year.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment.
We unfortunately do not have staff accommodation.
