The Coordinator, Professional Services Contracts, manages and administers medium-risk professional services contracts. The incumbent manages contract-related risks, manages multiple contracts, as required, and provides regular reports to supervisors and the Client Partners. The incumbent manages the contract cost, scope and schedule. In addition, the incumbent monitors submissions and coordinates the review of consultant deliverables to confirm compliance with the contract. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship and consultant performance, documents key communications with consultants and keeps Client-Partner project managers apprised of contract risks and status.KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIES The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive: PrimaryManage multiple contracts and competing priorities, as requiredProvide support to and coordinate work with other service lines.
