: Responsible for scheduling customer visits, setting agendas and writing monthly reports on customer updates. Liaison with the Finning Parts Department to have the necessary parts delivered to the Mining customers. Minimize downtime and maintain production requirements as scheduled Send technical analysis to the customers, and provide the customer with recommended service options. Based on the technical audit of the machine and analysis report, the TSR will make recommendations to the customer on what components will need to be changed. Must develop and maintain open lines of communication with all supportive departments. Respond promptly to inoperable customer machines, supporting the timely restoration of machine function.Education and Experience:
Seasoned HET / Millwright / P. Eng with significant mechanical experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service role. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills including verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Mining background and Mechanical aptitude are all considered assets Must be able to work in other regions occasionally when workload dictates Must be able to stay in camp on customer site when required The role is based in Fort McMurray with occasional work in B.C. or Saskatchewan when required. This is a 14x14 continuous shift work rotation. Must be able to work from heights. Ability to work outside for extended amounts of time. Must be able to gain access to mine sites.Driver's Abstract: This offer is contingent on a satisfactory review of your driver's abstract. This can be obtained at any local registry branch and the cost of this document will be your responsibility. You are required to maintain a valid driver's license at all times and agree to provide an annual driver's abstract. If at any time your driver's license is revoked or restricted, you are required to immediately inform the Company
